I ordered my goods online through my cycle to work scheme as I had a triathlon coming up in 2 months time.It had been 2 weeks and my order still hadn’t went through (through the fault of my work scheme NOT Sigma Sports) and I was starting to worry in case my goods never showed up in time for my race or in case I needed to send the goods back for sizing reasons.Once my scheme had finally put the order through I spoke to a lady from Sigma Sports called Fern Beetham from accounts and a gentleman called Aaron from customer care and explained to them my situation about having a race coming up soon and needing the goods.Both were extremely helpful and got my order processed ASAP and even shipped the items for next day delivery for me.Will definitely be using Sigma Sports again due to its excellent products and second to none customer service.

Items in stock and all sizes. Prompt delivery in perfect condition in time for our daughters birthday. Excellent experience with this website.

I’ve only given four stars as I found that getting a reply to a query took a few days. My order was dispatched late and Sigma Sports refunded my postage. I was able to buy a similar part after the purchase for less and I returned the item and a full refund was given.I would certainly recommend as a company as they take pride in their customers.I will use again and recommend that others do too.

Good range of products from premium manufacturers. Competitive prices.My only down side is no option for Collect+ delivery (hence 4*). Delivery through Royal Mail sporadic.

I've spent £1000s with Sigma Sports over the years. The website is good, they have a wide selection of products and often have good deals. Don't rely on getting support from them after purchase though – I bought some expensive wheels from them which broke mid ride, causing a nasty crash. When I reached out to Sigma about how I could get them repaired/replaced I didn't ever get a reply.
